Thank you for using Vanessa Fahd’s services. Please read all our terms and conditions so that you are fully aware of our processes when booking your service. Booking your appointment and paying your deposit signifies you agree to our terms and conditions.
By paying the booking deposit, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms outlined on our website.

Vanessa Fahd has the right to remove or vary these Terms at any time without notice. It is the Customer’s responsibility to be aware of any changes made to these Terms and by continuing to use and visit the Website the Customer agrees to be governed by these Terms and Conditions.

Vanessa Fahd reserves the right to withdraw the Services without notice and will NOT be liable (if for any reason) the Website is unavailable during any period.
BOOKINGS
All makeup appointments require a $50 non-refundable deposit which is non-transferable. This will be deducted from the total amount of your service.

Bookings are secured upon email confirmation of payment of your booking deposit. Your booking can be cancelled at any time without your booking deposit. Your agreed scheduled appointment will be with Vanessa will be confirmed through email once booking deposit is received. We do not hold any bookings that have not paid their booking deposit.

Bookings are subject to availability; please contact Vanessa to confirm availability.
PAYMENTS

Customers are required to pay the remaining cost of their service through bank transfer 3 days prior to their appointment to allow time for funds to clear. If paying by this method please email a screenshot of your payment or a payment receipt to vanessafahdmua@gmail.com

You may also pay in cash at the time of your appointment. Please provide the exact amount if paying in cash.

All weddings must be paid in full two weeks prior to the day of service.
PLEASE NOTE: We understand things happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason please provide us with a minimum of 48 hours notice to avoid losing your booking deposit as a late cancellation fee. Your booking deposit is non-refundable and will go toward your rescheduled appointment.
You may cancel your appointment at any time however you will lose your booking deposit.

Vanessa Fahd accepts Cash and Direct Debit. (All direct debit payments must be made in advance with the funds clearing prior to your appointment).

OPENING HOURS

Vanessa Fahd is a freelance business and hours vary week to week depending on bookings. A surcharge of $50 will incur if booking is earlier than 6:00am or later than 6:00pm on any day.

The following days are an exception:
Good Friday – CLOSED
Easter Sunday – CLOSED
Christmas Day – CLOSED
New Years Eve – CLOSED
New Years Day – CLOSED
Vanessa Fahd will inform you via Instagram or Facebook if makeup services are unavailable for any other days or times.
Please Note: These Public Holidays can be booked if required however a surcharge of 20% will incur.
